With less than a week left in March I've spent my grocery budget of $240. I will admit to a little bit of cheating though....the $240 is what I spent from the checking account. I returned bottles and cans to grab milk one day and today just sold our Backpack carrier for $50 - used $7 of that to buy apples for this afternoon's Daisy meeting snack.
My next grocery trip is planned for Thursday April 1st. I'll let you know next week if I make it until then and what my anticipated budget is for April.
Now I better get menu planning from the pantry!!!
